A special open day on Monday evening May 27th from 17:45 to 20:30. This event is for everyone who wants to get empowered and figure out if technology is for you. This check-in and open day is solely organized by women for women. Why? We are on a mission to make an equal gender balance in the world, technology, start-ups, companies, and Codam! We want to show you that technology and coding are awesome! 🎉

Program

17:30 – 17:45 – Walk-in
17:45 – 18:15 – Food and drinks
18:15 – 18:30 – Corinne Vigreux, entrepreneur, founder of Codam and co-founder of TomTom will open this event and explain to you more about women in the world of tech.
18:30 – 19:00 – Special talk by Gina Doekhie who is on a mission to make the internet a safer place for everyone. How? She is a Forensic IT Expert and hunts down cyber criminals!
18:30 – 19:30 – Michèle de Bruyn, creative developer and developer of Codam who will tell you all about Codam, our Curriculum, and Selection process. Michèle actually developed our website codam.nl!
19:30 – 19:45 – Beatriz Bremer, a student of Codam, talking about her experience as a student at Codam.
19:45 – 20:30 – Time for tours, more snacks and drinks and talking with Codam students.

Location and route

Codam Coding College is the big black-and-white striped building on the Marineterrein in Amsterdam. The building number is 039. When entering the Marineterrein, look out for us to guide you the way! We are wearing a black t-shirt with the Codam logo. Codam is accessible by wheelchair.
